The specialty of Royal Hills Golf Course is the rare surrounding nature. It is fortunate that our area is in the gorge at Khao Yai National Park. It has the same geographical features as the famous Wang Ta Krai Waterfall and Khlong Maduea in Nakhon Nayok.
Situated a little more than an hour’s drive from Bangkok, you will experience nature and perfect fresh air. In addition, Khao Yai on the Nakhon Nayok side is a mountain that has a lot of abundance. Therefore, there is the greenness of the trees to see and feel fresh all year round.

Why is there only one Signature Hole?
It started with the idea that all 18 holes would have their own unique charm. How could this be memorable for all golfers?
Royal Hills Golf Course has been designed to be a course that can meet the playing needs of golfers of all skill levels. From beginner golfers to professional golfers, the most important decision we made to improve our golf course was to return to the heart of the sport, which is greens and all surrounding greens including sand pits around every green.

HOLES 19 & 20
In 2018, we had the idea to make our golf course even better and decided to build 2 new holes to be spare holes, Holes 19 and 20, which are between holes 6 and 7 of the original course. We have been consistently perfecting every hole whilst not having to close the entire 18-hole golf course.
After completing the 2 reserved holes in 2018, we have now closed holes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18 and putting greens. In Year 2019-2020 we also made the decision to change the green grass to another species of grass known as Bermuda-Tif Eagle (TifEagle Bermuda Grass), which is a special grass that can be cut much shorter than the original grass species (TifDwarf).

TifEagle Bermuda Grass is a very special grass, resulting in a smooth and even surface as we cut the grass shorter. We're confident it can achieve the same green speed you've seen on the PGA TOUR's major tournaments, 12 feet or faster.
For this reason we have enlarged the surface of the putting green to make it less difficult, and improved the sand pits around the green to make it more beautiful and challenging with a relocation expand. We have increased the number of sand pits in each pit and carefully refined the sandpit to be more than an obstacle. But it is the details that adds charm to our golf holes that makes every hole unique.

We know that golf is not a sport of perfection. Golf is a sport that competes on knowing oneself and understanding nature to make as few mistakes as possible. If you miss, you must give yourself opportunities to correct your mistakes. Do not punish yourself until you have no motivation left, everyone makes mistakes.
Although Royal Hills Golf Course is designed to be a place to test the abilities of top golfers perfectly, beginner golfers can still play and have fun without it being too difficult. With fairways and large roughs, we give opportunities to correct any mistakes made for your next play.
With varying distances to each hole at par 3s, 4s and 5s, golfers will have to test their skills in using all 14 clubs in their golf bag. This is very challenging for skilled golfers and those who like a challenge.
